Dear Friends,

As many of you know during 73rd FIDE Congress in Bled, Slovenia we have established Mediterranean Chess Association and it was affiliated by FIDE as member.

You will find the status of MCA as attached file. Also a resolution has been approved by clear majority of federations which have participated to meeting in Bled.

The 1st GA of MCA will be organised in March 2003 in Libya by parallel the 1st Mediterranean Juniors Championships.
